Anki

mpvacious

A user-script for MPV that adds keybindings to create Anki cards from movies and TV shows. See Usage with Rikaitan.

crqt-ng.

A cross-platform open source e-book reader using crengine-ng. See this article for details.

Asbplayer

A browser-based media player and Chrome extension that can add text-selectable and Rikaitan-scannable subtitles onto video sources (e.g. Netflix and Youtube).

Ttsu Reader

An online e-book reader that works flawlessly with Rikaitan. Warning: it is bloatware made with JavaScript.

Community Tooling

These are not made nor maintained by Rikaitan developers, and it may break Rikaitan's functionalities.

Targeted Sentence Cards

Generate beautiful Anki notes straight from Rikaitan. Although it is built for Japanese, it should work for virtually all languages.

Anki Addon which allows for additional custom audio sources from Forvo.

Anki Addon which allows for generating audio in bulk from a list of URLs.
